How I can reactivate my closed, or transferred account?

If you have recently found that you are bumping into some issues logging back into your Stockpile account, do not worry!

You can request a new password by clicking here. From this page, please ensure that you request your new password to be sent to the email address that is associated with your Stockpile account. However, if you do not remember your email address to your account, please contact us at support@stockpile.com so we can assist you further.

If you have recently transferred out of Stockpile, please note that your account with us has been closed. For more details regarding transfers out of Stockpile, please click here. You will need to create a new Stockpile account with us here.

If you processed a partial transfer out of Stockpile and still do not have access to your account, please contact us at support@stockpile.com so we can assist you further.
