How do I replace my kid’s card?

Need to replace your kid’s debit card? No problem! Just follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account on the app

  • At the top of your screen, on the left-hand side, use the down arrow next to “My Account” to select the kid who needs a card replacement

  • Go to “Parental Controls”

  • Select “Report Lost or Stolen Card” (you’ll select this even if you’re replacing their card for another reason)

  • Let us know the reason for the replacement

  • Confirm your information

  • You’re all set!

Please note a $5 fee will be charged for card replacements. This replacement fee will be automatically deducted from the kid's account balance. Please ensure that the kid's account maintains sufficient funds to cover potential replacement fees.
