How do I report a lost or stolen card?

Whether it’s a phone, keys, or a Stockpile Tuition Rewards Rewards® Visa® Card, losing things happens to the best of us! If you need to report your kid’s debit card as lost or stolen, here’s what to do:

  • Log in to your account from the app

  • At the top of your screen, on the left-hand side, use the down arrow next to “My Account” to select the kid whose card you need to report

  • Go to “Parental Controls”

  • Select “Report Lost or Stolen Card”

  • Confirm your information

  • You’re all set! We’ll disable the card and send you a replacement.

Please note a $5 fee will be charged for card replacements. This replacement fee will be automatically deducted from the kid's account balance. Please ensure that the kid's account maintains sufficient funds to cover potential replacement fees.
