We’re always looking out for your family, which means we may limit and block the use of your kid’s debit card in foreign countries due to fraud or security concerns.
ATM and spend transactions are restricted to the following countries: United States and its territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, US Minor Outlying Islands, Palau, Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands), Canada, and Mexico.
A 3% foreign transaction fee may be charged for all purchases made outside of the U.S. and for online purchases with international merchants.
Online transactions with international merchants may decline based on country, merchant, or transaction type.
