Taking a family vacation? Traveling for spring break? Here’s everything you need to know about using the Stockpile Tuition Rewards® Visa® Debit Card abroad:

  • We’re always looking out for your family, which means we may limit and block the use of your kid’s debit card in foreign countries due to fraud or security concerns.

  • ATM and spend transactions are restricted to the following countries: United States and its territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, US Minor Outlying Islands, Palau, Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands), Canada, and Mexico.

  • A 3% foreign transaction fee may be charged for all purchases made outside of the U.S. and for online purchases with international merchants.

  • Online transactions with international merchants may decline based on country, merchant, or transaction type.
