We at Stockpile are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers. We appreciate your trust in us and understand that sometimes, situations may arise where you need to request a refund.

Monthly Subscription Refunds:

If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription, please submit a cancellation request through our website or app, or contact our customer support team at support@stockpile.com.

For recurring monthly subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. No refunds will be issued for partial months, but your access to the subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Annual, 2-Year, and 3-Year Subscription Refunds:

If you wish to cancel your annual, 2-year, or 3-year subscription, please submit a cancellation request through our website or app, or contact our customer support team at support@stockpile.com.

For renewals of annual, 2-year, or 3-year subscriptions, you may cancel within 15 days of the renewal date for a prorated refund, based on the time remaining in the subscription term. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after the 15-day period.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with our policy, as well as those that are deemed fraudulent or abusive.
