If your account is closed, you can still access your documents through our clearing firm, Apex. Start by creating an account here.

Follow these steps to create an account:

  • Click the link above

  • Click “Create User ID”

  • Click “Next”

  • Enter your account number - You will need the first 8 characters of your account number without the dash (this can be found on your latest account statement)

  • Enter your SSN (No dashes) (if the account is for a minor, enter the minor’s SSN)

  • Enter a valid email

  • Select a secret question and answer

  • Create a user ID and password (the user ID does not need to be your email)

  • Click “finish”

  • Click on “Click Here to Start Now”

  • Log in with your credentials

Once you have an account created, here is how to retrieve your documents:

  • Click on the “Documents” tab located on the far right-hand side of the screen

  • Select the document you wish to download, i.e., “Tax Forms” or “Statements”

  • Click on the document to download

If you have a custodial account(s), follow these steps to add their account:

  • Click on the “Apex Online Menu”

  • Under “Tools,” click “Add Account”

  • Enter the custodial account number - You will need the first 8 characters of the account number without the dash (this can be found on your latest account statement)

  • Enter that minor’s SSN (no dashes)

  • Click “Finish”

  • You will enter the account number for whichever account documents you are looking to retrieve.

Please note, if it states “No Documents Found,” this could be because you did not qualify for a 1099 document or account statement or your document has not yet been generated.
