What’s happening to my Stockpile account?
After a decade of supporting customers on their financial journeys, Stockpile is discontinuing its financial services. Your investing accounts will be moved to APEX, our clearing firm, and your banking accounts (parent wallet, kids’ savings, and kids’ spending) will be closed automatically, and you will receive a check at your listed address.
Can I move my investing account to another brokerage?
Yes. You can move your investing account to another brokerage if you do so before April 16, 2026. For more information, please click here. If you choose to liquidate and close your account, please make sure the linked bank account on file is correct so the funds can be sent successfully.
How much longer will the Stockpile app be available?
You’ll continue to have access to the Stockpile app for 30 days, until April 17, 2026, and you will not be charged a Stockpile membership fee during this time. After that date, the app will no longer be accessible, so we recommend downloading any important documents you may need.
What’s happening to my Tuition Rewards?
Your Tuition Rewards® accounts will continue directly through the SAGE Scholars platform without interruption. We’ll communicate if anything is needed from you.
How do I get my documents?
To access account statements and trade confirmations, log into the app, navigate to the side menu, and tap “Documents.”
If you need any historical tax documents, you can obtain them directly from APEX, our clearing firm, by simply logging in or setting up access at this page. If you need any statements or tax documents for your crypto account, please reach out to Bakkt (our current crypto service provider) at help@bakkt.com.
