Why was my kid’s card declined?

It can be frustrating to have a transaction declined. Here’s a quick rundown of some common reasons why that might’ve happened:

  • Your kid’s Stockpile Tuition Rewards® Visa® Debit Card hasn’t been activated yet

  • Your kid’s card has expired

  • Your kid’s card is locked

  • The PIN they entered was incorrect

  • There are insufficient funds in their account

  • The transaction exceeded their spending limit
