The safety and security of your account are important to us. In August we made updates to our account password requirements in order to keep our customer accounts more secure. Since then we have now forced all of our users to update their password before they can continue to login.

If you have not updated your password, you will be prompted to update your password via an email notification or you can click here. Please update your password regularly and do not share it with anyone. Our new password requirements are: at least one upper case and one lower case letter, one number, and one special character (@%+\\/’!#$^?:.(){}[]~)

To update your password using a web browser on your computer:

  • First, log in to your Stockpile account - https://www.stockpile.com/login
  • Click "Settings" in the menu
  • Click on the "Edit" link next to the Password field
  • Input your Current Password and New Password
  • Click on the “Update” button
  • You’re all set!

To update your password using the app:

  • Open the sidebar menu
  • Tap “Account”
  • Tap “Change password”
  • Input your Current Password and New Password
  • Tap the “Submit” button
  • You’re all set!

If you have forgotten your password:

  • Select the “Forgot Password” option at the Log in screen or go directly to this link - https://www.stockpile.com/forgot-password
  • Enter your email associated with your Stockpile account
  • Click the “Submit” button
  • Check your email for the password reset email (be sure to check your Spam folder)
  • Click the “Reset Password” button in the email
  • Enter your new password
  • You’re all set!

Contact Customer Care (support@stockpile.com) if:

  • You cannot remember the email associated with your Stockpile account
  • You no longer have access to the email associated with your Stockpile account
