If you are curious about where your documents, such as any available account statements, tax documents, trade confirmations, or even documents regarding our terms/conditions and disclosures, you can do so on your account.

To locate these documents on your mobile app, please follow these instructions:

  1. Please log into your account through your app

  2. Please click on the left-hand side profile picture. Once you do, it will open up a drop down menu that looks like this:

3. Please click on “Account”

4. From there, you should be able to see all the sections of the documents you may need.

To locate these documents on Stockpile's website, please follow these instructions:

  1. Please log into your account

  2. Once you log in, you should be able to see this on the left-hand side of your screen:

  3. On the left-hand side, you should be able to see all these sections. Under “Timeline”, you should see “Documents”

    1. From there, you should be able to see all the sections of the documents you may need.

  4. If you have a closed account due to any transfers out of Stockpile or are having trouble accessing any documents, please reach out to us at support@stockpile.com.
