Unfortunately, this is one task where you will need the help of our Care team to cancel a pending bank transfer. If you write in to support@stockpile.com a member of the team will get back to you as soon as they can and let you know if this is able to be completed or not. Withdrawals normally can be easily canceled, but do note that deposits have a limited time window during which they can be canceled.

It is important to make sure you have the correct bank account linked before requesting a transfer, and this can be verified from your account settings while you are logged in.
