At this time, we only offer individual accounts and custodial accounts. You have to be over 18 years old to open an individual account.
If you’re under 18 years old (or want to open an account for someone under 18 years old), a custodial account is what you’ll need. Custodial accounts need an adult to be on the account until the minor turns 18 (or 21 depending on your state), at which point you can convert the custodial account to an individual account in your name.
We do not offer joint accounts (two adults) or retirement account types at this time.
