Changing your linked bank account frequently may lead to delays in your withdrawals.

To adhere to anti-money laundering guidelines, our customers can only withdraw funds to the linked bank account that money was deposited from or the bank linked at the time of a debit card deposit. These funds must stay in the account for at least 60 days before you’re able to initiate a withdrawal to a different bank account.

We would consider supporting a withdrawal of funds to another bank account that you have linked as long as we receive the following information:

  • A photo of your government issued ID.

  • Bank statements showing that you're the account holder of the linked bank accounts.

Please note that if you initiate a withdrawal to a newly linked bank account where funds have not been in your Stockpile account for 60 days (without providing the information above), this will cause a delay on your transaction.

Please contact us at support@stockpile.com with this information and we will help you complete the withdrawal.
