If the recipient did not receive the e-gift you sent, please go back to the email (purchase receipt) we sent you and double-check the recipient’s email address. If the address is correct, then please ask your recipient to check their spam folder. If the recipient still can’t locate the gift, please do call us at 1-877-374-2584, or forward a copy of your purchase receipt email to support@stockpile.com along with your request to have us resend the e-gift card to the same or another email address.
