If the recipient did not receive the e-gift you sent, please go back to the purchase receipt we sent to your email and double-check the recipient’s email address that you entered. 

If the address is correct, then please ask your recipient to check their spam folder. If the recipient still can’t locate the gift, please forward a copy of your purchase receipt email to support@stockpile.com along with your request to have us resend the e-gift card to the same or another email address.
